My name is Viktoria Diglyte and I work as a sales manager in Second Home Tenerife for 8 years already and I have a Law degree in Spain.

We are multilingual real estate agency and in la Caleta office we speak English, Spanish, Russian, Lithuanian and German. Second Home Tenerife is one of the oldest real estate agencies and leader in the market in the South of Tenerife, with a good reputation and permanent clients, who trust in us and come back to us again.

I'm currently based in La Caleta office, it's right outside Hovima Hotel Jardin la Caleta. You might not notice it at the first sight, it's in the corner passing Pizzeria Paradiso. La Caleta is a very special place and we thought it's important to be present in this region since the supply of apartments and houses for sale and rent is short, so from here we can follow the market closely.

For 4 year I was responsible for sales in complex Magnolia Golf Resort in La Caleta, Playa Diego Hernández, we have the exclusivity from the builder. Despite the fact that in Magnolia Golf Resort nearly everything is sold, we continue in la Caleta. Even if, as I mentioned above, the supply of properties is short, from this little choice we have exclusive options of apartments, townhouses and villas for sale and we are happy to remain in this area.

Lots of clients are worried before buying a property abroad, since they don't know the language and have many questions. But you should not, because we are not only selling and renting properties, but we help with many other questions related to it, like legal advice, taxes, mortgages, refurbishment, furniture, design ect.
